Shot Clock not showing

I've got a basketball score going, and I'm getting data from Daktronics, i see the shotclock data in the stream. Other data is appearing as it should, but its not showing shotclock data on the score board.
I did notice that even when i was running it in stand alone, the shotclock display was really hit or miss as well. Any suggestions?
