License Trial Overalay On Connection Hiccup

Hi,

After purchasing a mobile license for hockey and successfully connecting to the desktop app, the trial overlay will pop up on even the slightest momentary connection hiccup. Every time this occurs I have to stop and restart the desktop app to get rid of the overlay. It's extremely aggravating and a major hassle while trying to broadcast a game.

ok wow that is totally new to me and something that needs to be fixed of course.

so first thing would be:
is this a trial watermark due to the iOS remote or a previously added trial license in the desktop? (just to be sure)
so does it say something like "trial remote..."

technically (what i know) this shouldnt even happen...

I was running a trial license as well to try out some custom scoreboard stuff. I disabled that today and had no issues. So maybe the desktop trial license and full remote license don’t play well together?

yes, if a trial license is active in the desktop app, then a random watermark will be displayed
