X-Keys won’t stay connected

We just switched from a subscription to a hockey-only product. Previously we had no issue with x-keys

Now livescore won’t maintain its connection to x-keys. No matter what we try whenever we hit “connect” the Xkeys lights up blue but as soon as we close out of the x-keys setup screen the x-keys shuts off

I think we are already talking in the support on this.

so X-Keys does work as long as a matching sports package (or higher license) is existing.
So this is not related to a license problem or anything I think.
From what I saw, it could be that its just not enabled when starting the engine of Live Score.
