Program will not load - Thoughts?

I have tried loading just about every version of this software, I was able to get it to work one time and was intrigued. However, now nothing. Below is the most common error I receive. Looking for any help. I have sent a request for support, but no response. Thanks.

sorry for this
can you see if the file is still existing in C\Programs x86\Live Score GmbH\Live Score\
it should be named "LIveScoreServer.exe"
if not it might be due to this
viewtopic.php?f=2&t=15
installation of the last 1.8.x should work

I loaded 1.8 earlier this week after the issue with 1.9. 1.8 was working until today and is now being flagged as well.
I saw your note about the new license taking about a week, that is good. I do not need the scoreboard till Sunday, hopefully it's done by then.
